Today's NEW was Common Roots Cafe on Lyndale in Minneapolis.
The most impressive part for me was an info graphic they had posted about their commitments to local foods and reducing waste. Oh, and they have fantastic bagels. For real.
I had a egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich on a whole wheat bagel. And the coolest part of that was that I got to choose bison or turkey sausage. Awesome.
