Started today off right... with a tasty omlette! This is not my usual breakfast fare (now with the cold weather I usually go for oatmeal) but the nice thing about weekend mornings is that you have a little more time t be creative.Anyway, this ended up being a sort of "clean out the fridge" omlette... some leftover pico de gallo, some meatless Italian sausage, green onion and cheese! It was taaasty!
